The untold promise

Every business makes promises. Most are never said out loud.

You have heard them in meetings, in hallways and in the handbook. People feel the cost before the numbers show it: disengagement, burnout and communication gaps quietly erode productivity, retention and trust.

“We are one family here.”“My door is always open.”“We will talk about balance after this quarter.”“We'll deal with burnout after year-end.”“We'll make time for our people soon.”“It's all in the employee handbook.”“We'll carry the pressure at the top.”“Success will be worth the sacrifice.”“Our people will always come first.”“There's always a seat at the table for you.”“Next year, we'll do something special.”“We'll talk properly after this deadline.”
“We'll give back when things settle down.”“Everyone has a place here.”“Hard work will always be recognized.”“We'll be transparent about everything.”“We'll find the budget next quarter.”“Your development is our priority.”“Once we grow, we'll look after our people.”“Investing in our people is in next year's plan.”“Your contribution won't go unnoticed.”“Our people are our greatest asset.”“Leadership will listen to every voice.”“We'll invest in our people when the market settles.”

Which ones did your business keep?

The pressure is real

Decisions get faster and harder, and the pressure moves down the line to people.

The cost is real

Disengagement and burnout quietly erode productivity, retention and trust.

The timing is right

In December, leaders pause and set direction for the year ahead. Perspectives meets them there.

The films

Hear it from the people behind the evening.

Filmed at Ghurnata, where the evening will happen. Ahmed Mahran, Founder & CEO of FUZE, introduces G.Talks Live and the founder we reveal on the night.

Perspectives Live. On the night, the G.Talks podcast is recorded on stage in front of 2,000 guests, two weeks before the episode is released on G.Talks platforms.

The answer

So we created an evening to keep a promise.

A keynote and networking evening built on one idea: business success and inner wellbeing are not opposites. Leading voices in human behaviour, storytelling and business turn deep ideas into practical insight, so leaders leave with a new perspective on the people they lead.

Not another conference. Not deals and pitches: how people are treated, the gaps that follow, and why wellbeing drives performance.

The humans behind business

How people are treated, the gaps that follow, and why wellbeing drives performance.

One theme, many voices

Every voice answers the same question from a different path: science, storytelling and lived business experience.

An all-corporate room

Every guest comes from the business community. A genuine B2B audience, in one place, on one evening.

A purpose beyond the room

Children fighting rare diseases, an inclusive world for wheelchair users, and the neighbourhood that hosts us.

A setting that invites reflection

A heritage landmark at year-end, designed for leaders to pause, reflect and reset.

Participation, not attendance

Questions from companies, a live podcast and the launch of the 2027 Perspectives Awards.

The voices

A Scientist. A Writer. A Podcaster. A Founder.

Four different paths through life. One shared belief: in business, people come first.

The venue · Ghurnata, Heliopolis

Out of the ballroom. Into a landmark.

Ghurnata, Heliopolis, lit at dusk

Ghurnata, in the heart of Heliopolis, is one of the district's historic landmarks: a space with character, history and room to breathe.

  • The evening flows from an indoor cocktail reception to the open-air main stage.
  • Partner lounges, activation areas and networking spaces throughout.
  • A step-free route for every guest, from the gates to the seats.

"We'll keep what made us special."

Once the Heliopolis Hippodrome.

Its Moorish-inspired stands once drew all of Heliopolis. Renamed Ghurnata in the 1970s, it now gathers the district again.

Beyond the room

A purpose that outlasts the night.

Two partners bring the evening's question to life: what we owe the people around us.

Forset Hayah campaign: every child deserves a chance
Wellbeing partner · Forset Hayah

What if a room of 2,000 leaders could give a child a chance at life?

Forset Hayah, "a chance at life", is Egypt's first non-profit dedicated to children with rare diseases. It helps fund the treatment these children need, so that as many of them as possible can be cured and live full lives.

  • The Wellbeing Experience: a space where guests pause, reflect and meet the cause.
  • On the main stage: a film with the children and families Forset Hayah supports.

Community partner · Heliopolis Heritage

What if the place itself had a promise to keep?

Heliopolis Heritage is a community initiative of residents and volunteers, working since 2011 to protect the heritage of Heliopolis and the quality of life of the people who live there.

  • A presence on the night: the story of the district, brought into the evening.
  • Rooted in the community: the evening reaches the residents, businesses and companies of its network.
