Who we are

Perspectives is organised by FUZE Communications International ("FUZE"), Office 103, 24A El-Iskander El-Akbar St., El Korba, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. For anything about your data, email info@perspectives.events.

What we collect

• Pass requests: the company, sector and invoice name, and for each guest their name, job title, email and mobile, plus any notes you add.
• Partner enquiries and call-back requests: your name, job title, company, email, mobile and message.
• The AI assistant: the messages you write and the assistant’s replies, and any contact details you choose to share in the chat.
• Visit information: the pages you open, buttons you click and films you play; how you reached the site (for example a LinkedIn or Instagram post, a search engine, an AI assistant or a tracked link); your browser type; a random visitor number stored in your browser; and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address. We do not store your IP address itself.
• Analytics and ad measurement cookies from Google (Tag Manager and Analytics), LinkedIn and Meta, only if you choose “Allow” when asked. Until you do, Google receives only cookieless, anonymous counts.

Why we use it

• To review pass requests, assign seats, send payment links and issue badges.
• To reply to partnership enquiries and to the questions you ask the assistant or the team.
• To contact you about Perspectives when you agreed to it.
• To understand which posts, channels and campaigns bring visitors, and to improve the site.

The AI assistant

The assistant is an AI, powered by Claude from Anthropic. Your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate the replies. It can make mistakes: the FUZE team confirms every booking and every price. Please don’t share payment card details, passwords or ID numbers in the chat.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that run the site and the event for us: our hosting provider, Anthropic for the assistant, and, if you allowed them, Google, LinkedIn and Meta for analytics and ad measurement. We don’t sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep requests, enquiries and chats for up to 12 months after the event, unless we need them longer for invoices or legal reasons. Visit statistics are kept for up to 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or stop being contacted, by emailing info@perspectives.events. You can change your cookie choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser. We handle personal data in line with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).
